July 2 - 4th -- Sutter Lake

We were disappointed in the campsites near Sisters so we struck out to get higher (and cooler). Not too many miles up the road, we found a turn off to Sutter Lake (USFS). We found a great campsite overlooking the lake.





Not a bad view to have your morning coffee and pancakes with....





Sadie and I have a conversation about the wildlife. This is just her prelude for getting a belly tickle if I lay down.
