7/26 - 8/7 out of internet contact!

Hard to believe we have not had an internet connection for so long -- too busy during the day to find a hot spot, and the campgrounds we have stayed in have not had wifi. What did we do without the internet? Well, first of all, we usually got to our campground very late -- 7pm dinners on average. The campgrounds often had neat trails to explore, and Alexa made a strong comeback in the ongoing dominoes tournament to regain her supremacy after Chuck had looked like the new king.

Sadly, we are actually back in the state of California -- I can tell, terrible roads, full campgrounds, and disgusting gas prices. For the sake of relatives who don't want to see the five hour slide show of what they missed, we will continue the blog from where we left off, with the dates of when things happened. That way we can continue the fond recollections of the trip even though we are at home.
